Royal Crown Homes (RCH), is licensed to provide both Assisted Living and 245 D services. The residential services are provided in a safe and secure home. Our homes offer our residents a beautiful and therapeutic environment with 24/7 staffing that provides high quality individualized care. Residents at RCH enjoy delicious meals, housekeeping and laundry services, and optional activities, entertainment, and outings as desired.

RCH specializes in providing person centered care to residents on disability who have either medical or mental health needs. We work in unison with the residents, their families and case managers to create an individualized plan of care based on the assessed needs. We also provide 245D basic and Intensive services that include, In-home support (IHS) with/without training etc.
RCH care services are regulated by the Minnesota department of health and department of human services. We accept Cadi and Elderly Waivers for services. Rent for Housing is negotiable rates range from $500 – $900 per room.
